Biography:

Crazy Chris joined his brother Dangerous Dan in the Global Championship Wrestling Association in February 2009. He started out as Dan’s manager, but in March 2009, Chris teamed with Dan to capture their first Tag Team Championship. Chris and Dan held on to the titles for nearly a month, before loosing them at Blood on the Battlefield. A couple weeks later, Chris found himself watching as Dan competed and captured the Television Championship. Chris competed in several mid-card matches, while Dan competed in the TV division. Soon after Dan lost his final bout for the Television Championship, Chris began competing in his brother’s place. At Heat Wave in August 2009 Chris won his first singles gold capturing the Television title. Over the next seven weeks, Chris went on to break his brother’s defense record before finally losing. He successfully defended the title for six straight weeks, beating Dan’s record of five weeks, before losing in on the seventh week. Chris would take a step back from the Television division and began teaming up with Dan once again where at the Halloween show, he and Dan captured their second Tag Team title reign in a Trick-or-Treat Hazzardous Ladder Match.

Here they became the first ever two-time Tag Team Champions in GCWA history. They held onto the gold for nearly two months before finally losing them at Wreck the Halls in December.

At the beginning of the new year, Chris found himself rising to the top of the ladder. In February 2010, Chris successfully captured his second Television title reign becoming the third man in history to do so. A week later Chris won the X Division Championship in a unification match, thus becoming the first-ever Unified X Division Champion. He went on to defend the title a month later in a title versus career match against Hall of Famer and World Champion Lurrr. This began the rise of his career as a couple weeks later he went on to defeat Draco, another World Champion, in a non-title champion versus champion match. In April 2010 Chris found himself in a feud with his very own brother Dangerous Dan, who became jealous of Chris’ success. At Blood on the Battlefield Chris was set to defend the Unified X Division title in a triple threat Ultimate X match. A week before the ppv, Chris was shocked to learn that Dangerous Dan had officially enterd himself into the match. At Blood on the Battlefield, Chris competed against Dan and two other men, where he successfully defended the title. Soon thereafter, Dan turned his ways and began teaming up with Chris again, putting his jealousy aside. They went on to captured their record breaking third Tag Team Championship, thus becoming the only team in GCWA history to do so.

Now a double champion, holding the Tag Team and Unified X Division titles, Chris and Dan found themselves in a company control battle. They teamed up with House of Pain to defend in honor of Commissioner Lurrr. After two months of holding on to the Tag Team gold, they lost the championships to their bitter rivals and to the Stock Holder of the company. However, Chris was still Unified X Division Champion, thus still having gold in his possession.

In August of 2010 President Accelerator announced the closing of the GCWA. At Heat Wave Chris competed in his final match of the company defending his Unified X Division Championship. He competed against Landon Chase in his very own match known as a Danger Zone match. A mix of a ladder and steel cage match, where the only way to win was climb the ladder, grab the title, and be the first person to exit the cage with the gold in hand. Chris won the match and thus becoming the first, only, and final Unified X Division Champion, holding on to the gold for six months. The night before Heat Wave Chris was inducted into the 2010 GCWA Hall of Fame along with his brother, Dangerous Dan.
